Weight Training - Beginner Level: 2days per week Full body workout
In this class you will receive training videos to start your journey. The key to better movement/ physical improvement is to strengthen it from inside out. This videos will help you to stabilize your core, strengthen your GLUTES which I consider the extension of the core. Strong core and GLUTES mean, eliminating back and knee issues while working the whole body at the same time.
This exercise regiment also includes our standard foam rolling routine, stretches to reduce pain and improve movement.
Besides the regular exercise routine it includes also a full bonus tutorial on how to squat, how to assess your own squat and how to use corrective exercise to get into proper position. These are the same tools I teach my trainers to assess our clients to ensure proper form and to get out of pain (knee/back pain) and dramatically improve movement.
